■配送料金 / Shipping Fee すべての注文の配送料金は、お届け先の国および商品の総重量に基づいて、チェックアウト画面にて自動計算されます。 20kg以上の大口注文（バルク注文）をご検討の場合は、より最適な配送プランをご提案できる場合がございますので、ご注文前にお問い合わせフォームよりお気軽にご相談ください。 (※一部の国では、現地の輸入規制によりお届けできない場合があります)

Shipping fees for all orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of the order. For bulk orders of 20kg or more, please contact us via the contact form before placing your order so we can provide you with the most optimal shipping solution. *Please note that we may not be able to ship to certain countries due to local import regulations.

【無料サンプルについて / Free Sample Policy】 ビジネス利用（カフェ・メーカー・卸売等）をご検討の方を対象に、品質確認用の無料サンプル（50g）をご用意しております。 サンプル自体は無料ですが、国際送料（実費）はお客様のご負担となります。 サンプルをご希望の方は、「お問い合わせフォーム」より直接ご連絡ください。

We offer Free Matcha Samples (50g) for business clients (cafes, manufacturers, and wholesalers) to test our quality. The sample kit itself is free, but the client is responsible for the international shipping cost. To request a sample, please contact us via our "Contact Us" form.

■配送方法 / Shipping Method DHLまたはFedExを使用し、日本から直接発送いたします。 Orders are shipped directly from Japan via DHL or FedEx.

■引渡時期 / Delivery Lead Time ご注文確定後、鹿児島（知覧）の提携茶園より新鮮な茶葉を直接手配し、通常5〜10営業日以内に発送いたします。 Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days as we source freshly harvested tea leaves directly from our partner farms in Kagoshima (Chiran), Japan.

■関税について（重要） / Customs Duties and Taxes (Important) 配送先国で発生する関税、消費税（VAT）、その他の輸入手数料はお客様（購入者）の負担となります。詳細は各国の税関へお問い合わせください。 Customs duties, taxes (including VAT), and other import fees may occur in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
