We offer Free Shipping on bulk orders of 20kg or more to the following select countries:

For other countries or orders under 20kg, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we may not be able to ship to certain countries due to local import regulations.

商品配達期間 / Delivery Lead Time

ご注文確定後、鹿児島（知覧）の提携茶園より新鮮な茶葉を直接手配し、通常5〜10営業日以内に発送いたします。

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days as we source freshly harvested tea leaves directly from our partner farms in Kagoshima (Chiran), Japan.

決済方法とタイミング / Payment Methods & Timing

クレジットカード決済：ご注文時に決済が確定します。

Credit Card: Payment is processed at the time of order.

返品・返金ポリシー / Refund & Return Policy

  • お客様都合による返品: 食品という性質上、発送後の返品・交換は一切承っておりません。

    Customer Convenience: Due to the nature of our products (perishable food), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.

  • 初期不良: 届いた商品に破損や品違いがあった場合に限り、到着後3日以内に写真とともにご連絡ください。確認後、返金または交換対応をいたします。

    Defective Products: If the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We will provide a refund or exchange.

  • 返品送料: 初期不良による返品の場合、返送費用は弊社が負担いたします。

    Return Shipping: In the case of defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
