■お客様都合による返品について / Returns for Customer Convenience
食品という性質上、発送後のお客様都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。
Due to the nature of our products (perishable food), we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience once the order has been shipped.

■商品に不備があった場合 / Damages and issues
届いた商品に破損や品違いがあった場合に限り、到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。写真などで状況を確認後、返金または交換対応をいたします。
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a refund or exchange.
